Candy Corn Treat

Here’s a quick, fun and easy treat the kids can help with.

You just need square pretzels, Hershey’s white chocolates, and candy corn (or M&Ms).

The kids’ job is line all the pretzels on a cookie sheet, then unwrap and place a chocolate on each pretzel.

Once the chocolates are on the pretzels, put the cookie sheet in a 325 degree oven for about three and a half minutes.  When the chocolates begin to glisten/melt, take them out (watch carefully). You don’t want them to melt too much.  You just want them soft.

After removing from the oven, place a candy corn on top of each chocolate and gently press it into the chocolate.  You can place them in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes to set up before eating.
We’ve tried this with Rolo’s as well as M&Ms and both work great!

  3. These are so cute. I make something like it for Christmas goody baskets but have never thought about making them for fall and Halloween treats. I love them. I'd like to invite you to share them on Sweet Indulgences Sunday.
