DIY Numbered Chargers / Placemats

I found some fabulous straw chargers/placemats at an estate sale today and snatched them up quick.  They had that “Ballard” look I was after, and I knew just exactly what I was going to paint on them when I got them home…

  7. Thanks, Adrienne. I used the same technique on these placemats as I did these pillows = http://mudpiestudio.blogspot.com/2011/05/mr-and-mrs-pillows-ballard-knock-off.html
It helps to have a die-cutting machine that will make the templates for you!
